Jarad decided to fix up his old Chevy Luv from high school. I think he was hoping to get lucky in it with me since that was his "LUV" machine back in the day!Sorry honey
I am not that kinda girl!

Darla training a horse. She "starts" horses for a lady in Boise that is some hotshot horse trainer. "Starts" meaning that she is the first one to get on it Yikes! She get to ride all the bucks out and have her own little rodeo! She trains 4 horses a month. She one tough cookie!

We went and visited Jarad's younger brother Ryan in Dayton, Wa. on Thursday. We met his girlfriend Jennifer and he treated us to a yummy dinner. We made him try Escargo(I think that is how you spell it) "snails". They are good I promise!

After dinner we went up to the "site." It is where Ryan is employed as an engineer of some sort. It is a wind farm with hundreds of wind turbines. It is truly a sight. They are massive. Just like the ones here at the mouth of the canyon in Spanish. I got this beautiful picture of the sunset with some distant wind turbines.

Well this was the end of our trip and maybe the most memorable! I know your thinking
Huh? Well, let me explain. So we arrive in SLC Sunday afternoon and proceed to the long term parking lot. We get on the shuttle that takes you out there and Jarad says he can't remember where he parked!!! Ok I am sure most of you know how big that lot is. So he says I think it was at the very end. So after 9 stops we get off. Keep in mind it is like 100 degree outside. We glance around and no car.
So Jarad hits the alarm still cannot hear the car! So I find a smidge of shade by the shuttle stop and stand there with 4 suitcases and Alayna in her stroller. Jarad takes off jogging through the parking lot trying to locate our car. 5 minutes pass and I am fuming!! No, not from the heat! In the mean time, Alayna starts getting fussy so I give her the pink ticket from the stroller. She loves paper! As you can see. By now 4 shuttles have come and gone and I sit there like an idiot passing them on. Finally, 10 minutes later (it seemed a lot longer) Jarad comes with the car. So we get everything in and head out of there finally!! I decided to drive. We get through the gate where you pay to park and I am not very happy with my honey. Well I was trying to follow the signs to get out of there and back on to the freeway when I hear this choking in the back seat! Yes, Alayna still had the pink ticket but now she was gaging on it! So I yell at Jarad and he jumps in the back. While I am trying to find a place to pull over. She finally stopped gaging and half of the ticket was left. It was a scary couple of seconds I must say! I guess I will not be receiving the mother of the year award. So anyway it was an HOT and SCARY ending to a great vacation.

Your blog is so cute and your kids are adorable. I love the story about not being able to find your car and I am glad little Alayna survived eating the ticket. We have a paper eater at our house and I can totally see that happening to us. I think the last time I saw you was at church in Antimony and you were sooo pregnant with your first baby! Life changes so fast. You are as beautiful as ever and your kids are so stinkin' cute!
