LAKE POWELL "FUN IN THE SUN"

We ventured to Lake Powell this last week with my dad and his wife Heidi, her three girls, my sister Brigdet and her husband Derrik. We rented a house boat on a Thursday and stayed until Sunday. We had so much fun! We loved it so much we are definitely going again next year! I have already been on KSL Classifieds pricing out timeshares. Jarad loves to wakeboard and pretty good at it I must say. As for my self I did get up a couple of times but I am perfectly content just being the flag girl:) My favorite part is laying out on the top deck with a good read. I think just being in the atmosphere was awesome. Keanna loved every minute of it. As soon as we anchored the boat she was sliding down the slide and swimming like a fish. We left Kade with my mom because.... well I don't think I need to explain that one! Alayna did great I was a little worried but she did really good. She loved walking on the sand and having squish between her toes. Here are some pictures of our fun.

Keanna and her step cousin. Is that a word? Anyway it is my step moms grandson Bo. Keanna whispered to Bridget while they were out swimming and said she kinda had a crush on him. I guess we need to let her know you can't have crushes on family! My Keanna bear is a little boy crazy. Oh dear........
Keanna was such a trooper on this trip. She has always been so easy to take anywhere. She loved every minute of it!
This is such a funny picture! I think my Dad took it. Alayna wanted out of her bed so I got her out and apparently we all fell asleep as she didn't. Yes we all had to sleep out on the hide abed! You can see Jarads headphones on. He listened to Enya as he snored away. hahahaha
